Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Orchestrate the rapid diagnosis and resolution of complex application issues, minimizing service disruption and ensuring operational continuity for ourĀ Application Support Engineer (Mid-Level).
- Develop and optimize robust scripts utilizing programming languages to enhance system monitoring, automate routine tasks, and improve overall system health.
- Oversee the seamless execution and monitoring of critical batch processing jobs, ensuring timely completion and proactive issue mitigation.
- Drive continuous enhancement of support workflows and documentation, applying best practices to elevate service delivery and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to streamline application deployments and manage containerized environments, ensuring stability and performance.
- Assume full accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle of reported issues, from initial triage to successful resolution and post-mortem analysis.
- Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to system reliability.
- Conduct thorough investigations into recurring system anomalies, pinpointing underlying causes and implementing sustainable preventative measures.
