Business Development Executive

About the Role:

  • As a Counsellor in our B2C team, you’ll act as a trusted mentor and the primary point of contact for students—from course and university shortlisting to admissions, offers, and enrollment. Your goal: exceptional student experience and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end student journey: onboarding, counselling, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Provide expert guidance on universities, intakes, eligibility, and exams (GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL)
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships as a dedicated student coach
  • Track and manage application progress, proactively resolving bottlenecks
  • Coordinate post-offer processes with visa teams and international offices
  • Execute sales strategies and consistently meet intake targets

What You Bring:

  • Graduate/MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience (EdTech / sales experience is a plus)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a student-first mindset
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
  • Strong research, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
