About the Role:
- As a Counsellor in our B2C team, you’ll act as a trusted mentor and the primary point of contact for students—from course and university shortlisting to admissions, offers, and enrollment. Your goal: exceptional student experience and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end student journey: onboarding, counselling, follow-ups, and conversions
- Provide expert guidance on universities, intakes, eligibility, and exams (GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL)
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships as a dedicated student coach
- Track and manage application progress, proactively resolving bottlenecks
- Coordinate post-offer processes with visa teams and international offices
- Execute sales strategies and consistently meet intake targets
What You Bring:
- Graduate/MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience (EdTech / sales experience is a plus)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a student-first mindset
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
- Strong research, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
