Role Overview:
- We are hiring Creative Prompt Engineers and Lead Prompt Engineers individuals who think like filmmakers, writers, and designers, but operate through AI tools.
- This role is not traditional engineering.
- It is a creative direction through language.
- You will translate narrative intent, visual taste, emotional tone, and cinematic sensibility into precise, effective prompts that generate high-quality visuals, shots, environments, characters, and sequences using generative AI systems.
- You will work closely with creative directors, designers, editors, and production teams in a fast-paced, in-office environment, contributing directly to live IPs and production pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Prompt Development:
- Write, test, and refine prompts for AI-generated visuals, shots, environments, characters, and sequences.
- Translate scripts, abstract ideas, and references into structured, high-quality prompts.
- Control tone, style, framing, lighting, mood, and narrative intent through language.
Iteration & Quality Control:
- Rapidly iterate on AI outputs based on creative and production feedback.
- Identify inconsistencies, artifacts, or storytelling issues and resolve them through prompt refinement.
- Maintain visual and narrative consistency across iterations and sequences.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative leads, editors, designers, and production teams.
- Support ideation, pre-visualization, and exploratory creative work using AI.
- Contribute to building repeatable prompt frameworks and workflows.
Learning & Tool Adaptation:
- Stay updated with evolving AI tools, models, and creative workflows.
- Experiment with new prompting techniques, structures, and styles.
- Develop intuition around what works and why.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong command of the English language (clarity, descriptive vocabulary, ability to articulate nuance and intent).
- Strong visual sensibility, composition, framing, lighting, mood, and storytelling.
- Curiosity-driven mindset with comfort in experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Close attention to detail and patience with iterative processes.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and apply it quickly.
Preferred (Not Mandatory) Skills:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
- Premiere Pro.
- After Effects.
- Photoshop.
- Familiarity with filmmaking language (shots, lenses, lighting, blocking, pacing).
- Experience creating storyboards, mood boards, or visual references.
- Prior exposure to AI creative tools (a plus, not required).
